Wir wollen was-wann-wo.de in den kommenden Wochen mit einer Vielzahl von neuen Funktionen und von neuen Programmteilen erweitern.
Dafür brauchen wir Menschen, die uns und unsere Arbeit mit ihrem Investment unterstützen möchten.
Für die Umsetzung unserer Planung für die neue Version 3 des Portals was-wann-wo.de werden mindestens 1,5 Millionen Euro und höchsten 3 Millionen Euro benötigt.
Sobald die Mindestsumme von 1,5 Millionen Euro erreicht ist, wird die WasWannWo GmbH, die das Projekt was-wann-wo.de entwickelt hat und betreibt, in eine deutsche Aktiengesellschaft umgewandelt. Ziel ist es, die dann entstandene WasWannWo AG nach spätestens drei Jahren an die Börse zu bringen.
Wie können Sie Teil des was-wann-wo.de-Projektes werden?
Sie können mit Ihrem Investment Anteile an der WasWannWo GmbH erwerben, die Ihnen festgelegte Aktienanteile an der WasWannWo AG nach der Umwandlung sichern.

We want to expand was-wann-wo.de with a variety of new features.
For this we need people who want to support us and our work with their financial investment.
For the realization of the new version 3 of the portal was-wann-wo.de we need at least € 1.500.000
As soon as € 1.500.000 of investment are collected, WasWannWo GmbH will be converted into a German stock corporation. The aim is to bring WasWannWo AG to the stock market after three years at the latest.
How can you become a part of the was-wann-wo.de project?
With your investment, you will acquire shares in WasWannWo GmbH, which will automatically secure you determined shares in the subsequent WasWannWo AG after the conversion.
